WOW WOW WOW and WOW again. I phoned on the 27th of August regarding the debit order on my car insurance and the most helpful and friendly person picked up the phone. Nompumelelo explained everything toe me so nicely and in such a way that I felt assured that my car is insured at the right place. She even went the extra mile and I got more than just an answer and explanaition from her. She even helped that my premium was reduced. She is the perfect example of a person who knows her job and what is required from her. Not only by her manager but from the client. Miway made the perfect choice to appoint her.
