25 May 2020, 10:02It is disappointing after the fantastic service of Miway that when it comes to the supplier it falls flat. I called the supplier three times last week, after having the call put down in my ear the first call, twice I was told that I would be called back, this morning I called at 9 when they open, no one answered, only after 9:15 when they answered the phone and asking to speak to a manager I was told that they have just opened I need to call back after 9:30, to which no answer of the phones. It is unacceptable that a supplier can damage your reputation this way. Having used this supplier before for a prior claim, it is disappointing to see how the service level has drooped. The claim is not finalized till the the client has the replacement.
