Khotso Moagi assisted me within 15 minutes on the issue that i have been experiencing for the past month. I did a self inspection for my vehicle on 8 October and i kept on receiving sms messages from MiWay that i must do the inspection. I called MiWay twice already (on 30 Oct and 4 November) to tell them i did the inspection but their system was not updated. Khotso asked me to email him pictures and within a few minutes i received an sms inspection certificate confirming that the inspection was done. Thank you Khotso, i was about to stop doing business with Miway, but you came to their rescue.
