Thapelo Masinga is constantly my go-to person when I need more info regarding my policy; he's brilliant at his work; he answers questions with efficient information and he's a good communicator. This time around he contacted me for checking if I'm still fine since we've reviewed my policy last year and he caught me right on time as I wanted to amend my address and review my policy.
