Excellent service

E-mailed MiWay to cancel my contract as I've immigrated and do not need it. Thelma, the MiWay representative was pro-active and tried all forms of communication to verify my wish to cancel (even though I do not have an SA number anymore). I'm also very impressed that there were no issues with my cancelling the contract, although she did try keep me as a customer. She was polite, to the point and very helpful. Thank you MiWay for your excellent service when I'm back in SA I'll definitely insure with you again. I just wish Telkom and MTN had the same service as this.<br> <br> Regards, Gareth Richards
