Excellent Service

Hi,<br> I called into Mi-way to request an policy adjustment and a decrease of my premium. I was ok after the first assistant help me but it was Thapelo Masinga who went out of his way to satisfy me. He looked at my long service with mi-way car insurance to offer me a great premium. During the call he asked me constantly if I was satisfied and would not end the call until I was satisfied. He afford excellent service to me and in the end I was satisfied with his efforts.
