Excellent service

I had a car accident related claim that I lodged online using the App. I got a call from Kefiloe Sehlapelo who indicated that she noticed that my claim was not being attend to within the specified time frame, and asked to assist me.

She took all the details she needed, within a week she had called back to inform me that my claim had been approved and handed the claim over to Kwena Papole.

Kwena took over and assisted me and kept me updated every step of the way until my claim was finalized.

These two consultants were very professional and Kefiloe very patient with me when I got frustrated especially at the beginning of the process.

You guys out did yourselves, keep up the excellent work you are doing.
