I called to cancel my insurance policy because I sold my car and will be out of the country for a year. Thabang was very helpful and explained every step of the process and even advised me that I can keep my policy active with accident cover at a minimal fee and not lose all the benefits that have accumulated so far. This way I do not have to open a new policy when I return to SA in a year. This was helpful information for me. Thabang had a great attitude which reminded me why I have been with miway.
