I called in to cancel my policy with MiWay, they put me through to the Retention department where I got to speak with Thabang. Thabang did a great job in assisting me with my policy cancellation. He as expected, tried his best to match or even beat a competitors premium however he could not. Upon realising that the premium miway was not what I was hoping for he did his best in ensuring that my transition to the new policy was smooth and painless.<br> <br> Thank you Thabang.
