Excellent Service

A Big thank you to Claims Manager Ben Loubser who really went My Way. I was frustrated with my claim through the assessment stage. He intervened and help me out of his will, followed up with me and was really patient with me in my claims regard. I intended cancelling my policy after this claim because of the process they took wit my claim but because of Him I changed my mind. We need people like this who would put themselves in one's shoe and help when in need. Thank you Ben for the excellent service given.
