Nokuthula was exceptional! She was very professional, helpful and went an extra mile to make sure I was happy. She communicates clearly and I felt valued. I am also happy with the premium I got as well.

One thing that Miway should do is to automate the premium adjustments on account for depreciation, it's tedious for clients to have to call every single year to re-negotiate their premiums. They already automate their annual increase and do not even account for depreciation in their calculation of this annual increase. This is totally not fair to clients. Do something about it!
