Excellent Service

I have been a client of MiWay since 2017 (not my first round, however).

in 2018 on the anniversary of my policy, I received an email stating the premium will increase a was a bit upset and looked for something else, when canceling the policy they were amazing and matched my 2017 price and kept it the same when even the competitor couldn't achieve this.

So this year when I got my "anniversary" letter I wasn't afraid to have a conversation with Thabani Mnguni, who was so professional trying to confirm all the details and working on the best premium and cover for me.

I am very happy with MiWay considering I am a safe driver.

P.S. I would just recommend requesting your colleagues around you to quiet down while you are on a call. As it did sound like a party in the background and as someone who works in an open office environment, it does not affect my rating as the call was rather early in the morning.
