Awesome service!!! Nhlamulo Ngobeni, a Client Service Agent at my way is a germ. He went out of his way to assist me with a quote as well registering for client referral (name dropping). awesomein every way. his mannerism is refreshing given the service quality in moest call centres. I am in awe of how he served me with patience and calm. I have a lot of respect for agents who undertsand that clients are the life of a business. Thank you for your excellent service Nhlamulo
