Excellent Service

Received excellent service from the guys that helped me on the 26th of January 2019. I got through to Themba who could not assist me because of system issues. I liked how he explained to me why he could not assist and how friendly he was. He transferred my call to an available agent which I liked because I did not have to hold. Tebogo is the name of the agent that helped me after Themba, the guy knew what he was doing I did not have to ask twice. I really liked the service I received on this day, it was very efficient and did not waste my time and money :-). Kudos to you Themba and Tebogo.
