Excellent Service

I'm in the process of adding vehicles/changing policies, and Agnes from Miway has done her absolute best to call me and update me on my query or try to see if she could get me a better deal on my policy with both cars... not once did she complain when I was unable to answer her previous calls and she promptly continued to call me back everytime until I was secure in my decision. At the end Miway couldn't beat the premium being offered by Momentum and I was literally online waiting for the cancellations agent. Thelma (Miway) picked up and suggested I remain with Miway for various reasons, one of them being the service... so she improved the deal for me and being with Miway for more than 5 years, I have come to appreciate their Incredible Service! I honestly cannot boast service for any other company.

In fact she was right to convince me to stay because the Momentum agent would 'sigh" on the phone, sound irritated and this morning when I explained I will not be signing with momentum, he just put the phone down! So THANK YOU, Agnes and Thelma for saving me from the potentially terrible service I would have received from Momentum. So glad to still be part of the Miway family!
