Excellent Service!

I would just like to commend Thabiso for his great service with regards to my claim yesterday. I was having trouble processing the claim via the mobile app and he kindly put me in touch with Abel from the IT department who was able to help me. He also went further by guiding me step by step through the process.

Later on in the day I received a follow-up call from Thabiso asking if everything was all right and offered more help should I need it.
