Excellent Service

Gloria Mngomezulu assisted me in resolving an issue regarding being incorrectly debited, her service was spectacular.

However MiWay can sometimes be a little difficult when updating your policy, you must sometimes be quite strict in how you approach them if you are unhappy with ridiculous increases. I was ready to leave to another insurer due to a large annual price increase and they would not come down on the price so I found another insurer who would give me a better price. I signed up for the new insurer and when I called in to cancel my policy after calling numerous times before giving them an opportunity to better their quote, only when calling to actually cancel did they manage to give me a better price than the other insurer, which I feel is a waste of everybody time why not give me that quote to begin with.

Anyway as an insurer I haven't had any other issues, they have a great call center who are always pleasant to deal with and numerous policy benefits such as drive me home services and such.
