Excellent service

yesterday I received excellent service from one of your staff member who goes by the name of Refilwe Motshiwa who works in the retention department, he treated me like one of a kind client provide excellent service, I felt as if I was on cloud 9, VIP service all the way, he used the waiting guideline, kept me on the loop when he was not sure of the answer as he had to as a TL. I was enquiry about reviewing my policies premium as Budget insurance had a better deal than what I am paying current, and he sure made me happy. Miway is an excellent Insurance company to be with however they is competition out there willing to pouch client from other company's but Refilwe knew how to retain me and keep me at Miway. I hope every Miway consultant is provided excellent service like Refilwe
