Excellent Service

I have been a MiWay client for a while now and today I was reminded again as to why I remain with them as my insurer. I called in to make a change on my policy and was very very well handled by the first customer consultant whom I only know Snowy from the Centurion office. She knew exactly what to do and went through everything so efficiently that in no time at all certain important changes were immediately made. She tried to find ways to save me money on my premiums and did the best she can and then also put me through to the Senior Advisor. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Ntokozo Mdunge - a very knowlegeable person who assisted me with such passion for what she does. After reviewing my policy provisions I ended up saving nearly R1000 a month!!! This was more than I every expected!!! Thank you MiWay and thank you to the 2 lovely ladies I dealt with!!
