Due to Tuma mina putting a strain on my finances , I called Miway to get an update on my policy and see if I can try save a rand or 2 and invest it towards building generational wealth.On the other side of the line I was assisted by Senate at the Kosmosdal office. She assisted me very well, the call was less than 10 minutes but very productive unlike other service providers which you get to be put on hold and it takes half an hour to conclude a simple transaction....Such effecient friendly service keeps clients in these tough economic times.
