I called in regarding Mi Movables cover, I had two separate debit orders which were for the same item and it was confusing to me as to what is the actual premium of the phone. Nadine Explained to me clearly and without delay as to what might have happened and she didn't make me wait on the phone, she even too initiative to make sure only a single debit order goes through. She was welcoming and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
