I have had such a pleasant experience with Miway, I had to share it. I just want to commend Phemelo Khunou for being extremely helpful and friendly. Not only was he able to reduce my insurance premium, he reduced my excess as well as increased my car hire from 10 to 30 days. You seldom find people genuinely wanting to assist you when you asking to have your policy reviewed for a lower premium. He went beyond the call of duty in making me feel comfortable on the telephone and trying to assist as best he can. It was really a pleasure speaking to him.
