Excellent service!!

I wish to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding customers service I received today from Tumi Ranake. It was an absolute pleasure to be assisted by someone with immense knowledge of the product. The reason for my call was to review my policy, I was offered competitive premiums from competitor. But because I have been with Miway for more than 10 years, I did not want to end our relationship but decided to call to see if they were able to beat the offers I have received. Tumi went an extra mile and offered me service and premiums beyond my expectations. I would have left if it wasn't for his expertise, friendliness, his listening s****s and paying attention to details. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
