Excellent service

I called in at MiWay on the 08/06/2017 because I wanted to cancel my policy. I spoke to a lady who tried to reduce my monthly instalment but I was still not satisfied. She then transferred me to her senior by the name of Ntokozo Radebe who then took me through the policy and explained everything on my policy and gave me options that would make me keep my policy at a reduced monthly instalment. All I can say is, his service was excellent and he made me feel that MiWay wants to accommodate me in this time where I want to reduce my personal costs. I am happy with the instalment I ended up with and I say: Thank you to Ntokozo Radebe for helping me keep my car insured as that is very important to me. When I called in, I was anxious because I actually did not want to cancel this policy, but after the call I can say that I am very much relieved, I get to keep my policy and pay a reasonable monthly instalment.
