Thanks for the wonderful feedback and help from you. Had i spoken to you at an earlier time i would not have changed my insurance policy. Your understanding and explanation would have helped me remain at Miway. I only wish i have spoken to you earlier.

Miway must train staff to be a people's people and to know how to treat their clients and also to take responsibility when due.
