Excellent Service
I had a break down this morning and contacted the Miway contact centre. I got hold of Thato (from Road Site Assistant Department) who assistanted me to get a tow truck. Thato made sure I was safe and that the tow truck was on its way, He phoned constantly to check up on me and that for me stood out as he made sure as a customer i'm safe. Big ups to you Thato (Dimakatso Matlala)
