All i can say is that Tumi Ranake is a star, Tumi sorry to be too hard on you, i was frustrated and panicking but you handled me very well. I am happy with miway now, when i phone this morning i was concluded that i dont want to hear anything i just want to cancel my car insurance after 17 months , but i didn't because of Tumi Ranake, He explained everything to me and apologized on behalf of Miway and my premium was reduced.
