Excellent service

Firstly, I appreciated that calls are answered promptly. Tunisian K., was very helpful, and managed to get me laughing even though this was not a friendly call. It was regarding an accident and changing of contact details on the policy. The only reason I didn't give a 10/10 for his service is because it was drilled into me that there's always room for improvement, not sure what that could be at this moment though. All in all, great experience. Good customer service
