Nompelelo Madosela displayed a character to serve her customers and go beyond customer experience to customer loyalty. I changed a car and I had to update my policy with the new car details. After battling with some agents with no heart to serve Mpumi came to my rescue as I was so upset and was about to look for another Insurance Company. Mpumi made it easier for me to listen to those lengthy compliance questions which most of us dread, my minutes got exhausted after more 60 minutes of our conversation Mpumi made an effort to call me back though she was working with inbound calls. I guess you asking what is it with this Mpumi that makes me say she is exceptional. Mpumi just called me now following up on the call we had 20 days ago and patiently explained all queries, calculations and things which could have negatively affected my policy should there be a claim on my policy. For people who have suffered from having a claim be rejected due to some *********** insurance agent will understand why we need more Mpumi's to our rescue.
