Excellent Service

I went to get my car inspected about 3 months ago of which Glassfit told me that they will send the papers through to Miway. Miway sent a sms now (3 months later) to notify me that they have not yet received the documents. I phoned and spoke to a lovely agent DORCUS MATHIBAKO. She was friendly in every way possible and she stayed on the line with me until she could confirm that she had the papers in front of her. EXCELLENT SERVICE and sooooo friendly... it made my day!
