Excellent Service

Wanted to add a new vehicle to my policy, I sent a message through the App and Ramasela Papo called me. She was friendly through out the whole process. She explained everything clearly and allowed me a moment to ask questions, to which she knowledgeably responded to. I asked that she calls me back in 2 days, and she was prompt.

She was also able to negotiate a better cover for my mini fleet. We need more people like Ramasela, please pass this message to her.
