Excellent Service

I have been insured with MiWay for some time now, received the yearly premium increase and wasnt happy with the new premium. Spoke to Nomsa whom wasnt much help at all, promise one everything and dnt keep to same. I then spoke to Nokuthula what a lovely lady she kept on returning my calls and emails. She managed to spk to her superiors and was able to give me a better premium, she took her time to go through my premium and explain everything to me aswell as her superior whom contacted me on the 09.10.2015. I just want to expand my gratitude to both Nokuthula and Amori, thanks once again for your service and prompt response. MiWay needs more individuals like yourl, keep up with the great service.
