Excellent Service

Usually when dealing with call centres or changing information on your policy, it is a complete nightmare. But I had the best experience today. I was lucky enough to deal with a gentleman by the name of Simphiwe, who made the whole thing simple and was a pleasure to deal with. I hope I get to deal with more people like him the next time I have to make any changes to my policy.
