Excellent Service

My policy was up for review at the end of September 2015. I was not happy with the consultants service and the revised monthly premium was also extremely high. I express my displeasure and requested the consultant to reduce my premium. She eventually got back to me with the same unchanged premium after her team leader was consulted. I was in the process of looking for a better service when Chritsiaan Potgieter contacted me. This guy knew his products, was polite and reviewed my entire policy. I was totally impressed with his commitment and service level. I could easily have changed to another insurance company because my quote was a few rands cheaper but Christiaan's dedication and service delivery is what persuaded me to stay with Miway. Long story short....the company lived up to its name, thanks to Christian.
