I just had a wonderful service from MiWay senior consultant Thabiso, he deserves a special recommendation for his attitude and willingness to help. He went all out of his way to assist me with modifying my cover. He was very informative and very professional. The main reason for contacting MiWay was to cancel my insurance and here i am still with them and very happy. He is indeed a good asset to the company and well done to him. Sibongile also deserves a special mention for showing her professionalism whilst dealing with me, she was very patient and always contacted me the time she promised to do so. Well done to MiWay team.
