He wanted to find out why it was not paid and to understand my situation. He kindly listened to my explanation without any judgement.

Gave me advise on my premiums and how to get a discount.

Generally explained a few things that I was not aware off regarding my policy.

He went above and beyond, especially for a customer who missed a premium.
