I called Miway call center, got a representative that understood my problem but wasnt able to assist , it needed senior representative. Diego Phasha came through, explained my problem and he understood and assisted with passion, i like the sound knowledge he has in understanding his industry but above all the ability to listen to my concern. He assisted with calm and the service was fantastic. It also appeared MiWay trained Diego well, MiWay, a Way to go.
