Excellent service
I was unhappy with my annual increase on my premium and excess and I spoke to Thapelo masinga a supervisor who was very friendly and helpful and seek to understand my point of view to help me out.
While waiting on the line he would communicate with me and ask for my patience while helping on the other side. He managed to get my premium and excess down to my satisfaction.
