as a client i was not happy with the premiun that i was being offerred to pay by the company and i callend in and discussed my concerns. I was then refered to Henry, who then assisted me and we both found the resolution and I am happy with the outcome. Although it was difficult to find the common ground He however did his best to assist me. I really appreaciate his attitude and patience.
