Nkosie Mthembu were there at a point where I point blank decided a year ago to cancel my insurance. not only did he manage to calm me down but also ensured I stayed a client. This week I was making changes to my policy online and things didn't add up. I remembered his email and send him an email. within 20 minutes did he call me, rep**** via email and sorted my problem to my benefit as well. if there can only be more people like Nkosie which is prepared to go the extra 10000 miles to assist u. WELL DONE NKOSIE MTHEMBU. U ARE A STAR AND ABOVE ALL A FANTASTIC PERSON CARING ABOUT YOUR WORK AND OTHER PEOPLES PROBLEMS. KEEP IT UP . TO MIWAY I WANT TO SAY...BE PROUD BE VERY VERY PROUD
