Excellent Service

My compliment is very delayed, however I just needed to acknowledge the great service that I received from Miway in particular from Amanda Botha my claims assessor. Our home was ****** in May and although it was a terrible thing to go through Amanda was amazing to deal with and really went out of her way to assist me and make me feel at ease. I have never had to claim from any insurance company before this, and the horror stories that you hear from everyone as to the claims process really makes claiming seem very daunting. But from the first time Amanda called me she was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. My claim was dealt with very efficiently and speedily. Amanda really changed my idea of the claims procedure and thanks to her I will be a loyal MiWay client for many years to come. Thank you so much Amanda and Miway.
