I called Miway to ask them to review my premium as I am working from home. I was put through to Poeletso who took the time to go through my whole policy. She listened to my story and checked my profile. With that she managed to give me almost 50% discount. I am very grateful to Poeletso considering that I am going to be retiring soon.
