Excellent Service

This morning I had a service request and I spoke to a call centre agent by the name of Dorcus. She was friendly and efficient at the same time. You could tell that she loves her job so much and she's willing to make the client happy by going an extra mile.<br> <br> If only it was possible, I would prefer to be assisted by her in all my communications with MiWay, good persona.
