Excellent Service
Upon receiving an updated policy from MiWay which had a premium increase. I then called the call centre to see if they can decrease my premium. I was assisted by Mr Thapelo Masinga. Had a pleasant conversation with him. At the begging of the conversation he had promised to make me happy and i must say he did. My premium was reduced to a reasonable amount. I would like to thank Mr Masinga and MiWay for doing things my way.
