Excellent service

Ntokozo called me when I had terminated my policy (Car insurance) with Miway - he called me for retention purposes. He made means to give me a better rate and also explained the benefits of staying with Miway. Once the changes had been done on my policy he sent me an email to follow up on policy because there was outstanding information. Once I had sent him the information he reverted back to me confirming that everything had been resolved. I was impressed with the service received from him.
