I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your Senior Customer consultant Thuli Mahlangu an hour ago, She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and your customer care staff for their speedy and efficient services. I will be able to save on my premium as of the end of July as she assisted on bringing the premium down a bit. She then went through my profile checking if I understand what I am covered for and if I am still happy with all the package.
