Excellent Service

What an excellent service I received today from Miway. I took a policy with Miway in 2012, so today I phoned them to consider reducing my premium as I have been a loyal customer. The call was transferred to Thapelo Masinga who asked if Miway phoned me or I phoned. I said I phone, he said save your airtime i'm phoning you now so we could discuss your premium reduction with no worryy of airtime. He went through my profile and I was expecting a decrease of R100 or less when he comes back as is the case with other Insurance companies, he came back and told me that my premium will be reduced by more than R400 from this month. What a cost saving!!! I'm so happy for this kind of service and the guy (Thapelo Masinga) was so friendly yet professional. He also continued telling me the good news that the decrease won't affect my current cover packages and that I qualify for cashback this December. That means even my christmas will be better this year with extra cash from Miway. Thank you Miway and keep up the good customer service and a good work.
