excellent service

The service that was given to me was excellent. His listening, interpersonal, negotiation and problem skills are perfect. I wanted to cancel my contract due to my personal problems. however, he went extra miles trying to reduce my monthly premium. He also gave me chance to think about his offer and we agreed that he will call me today at 11 o'clock.<br> Today he called at the agreed time. he never gave up eventhough i said i cannot be able to pay even if its R200.00 He then make a proposal that I should continue paying at least R50.00 admin fee to avoid =-R270.00 when i want to activate my policy. <br> This is the service that we as clients expected from officials like Christian. Keep up the good work.<br>
