Excellent Service

I would like to voice my satisfaction to Miway management of the excellent service I got from Selina Kadiege (Maloka) this afternoon. Miway debited my bank account two days before the actual debit order date. I called Miway today to cancel my Insurance because King Price gave me a better deal and I spoke to a professional lady by the name of : Selina Kadiege (Maloka) who apologised for all the inconvenience caused and to show that Miway care about their customers ,she reviewed my premium and she managed match King Price deal and it made me happy and I decided I will remain loyal to Miway and this was because of the caring excellent professional service I got from Selina, this is the kind of service I expected from Miway initially and to Selina keep up the good work and continue giving the top notch service to all Miway customers and share the important information needed to them , you're a true face representative of my way and you made my day Selina , with all this I will remain Loyal to Miway and I am going nowhere ,keep up the good work.
