Excellent service

<p>On Sunday i was helped by Keneilwe for road side assistance. I was happy about how she handled my call. She was proffessional, helpful and communicated all the relevant information i needed at the time. After i was helped she phoned to check if al was well and if i was happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Few weeks before this experience, i was helped by Moloko and the service was the opposite of my experience with Keneilwe. She was rude, impatient and did not communicate the relevant information. She was shouting and blaming me when she was the wrong one. I hope she can learn from Keneilwe</p>
